Blueberry means health!Fruits and especially blueberries seams to reduce risk of cancer, hart deceases and strokes by supplying the body with vitamins, minerals, fibre as well as vegetal components called phyto-chemicals. Rich diets of fruits especially blueberries may help reduce risk of cancer with the prevention of normal cells in cancerous cells.

In fact, researches have demonstrated that blueberries are number one over 39 fruits and vegetables as an anti-oxidant due to his content of anthocyamines that produce this nice dark blue color.

- Garnish cantaloupes quarters or honey dew melons with cottage cheese and blueberries fresh or unfrozen. Spread with a cinnamon touch and brown sugar.

- Put frozen blueberries spread with a touch of sugar in kid's lunches. At noon they will be fresh and delicious.

- Add fresh or unfrozen blueberries to natural of fruit yogurt. Spread with bran or mixed grains.

- On winter evenings, replace chips with frozen blueberries. Kids will be delighted to let them melt under tongue.
